Solar Car Battery Management System
+300 part, 4 Layer PCB, 6 thread RTOS with lots of Code
Monitors 29 Battery Modules for voltage and Temperatures, Measures Current, Controls Fans, Contactors and Communicates with rest of the car over CAN
Displays data to an LCD for the driver, receives analog and digital inputs (buttons, throttle, breaks etc..). Controls 12V loads like the lights and horn.
Designed the architecture for our Fourth Car. This was based greatly from what I learned contributing to our third car (sun rider) and from the many amazing team alumni.
